As you all know, im a nerd.
I work with computers, and they are a big part of my private life too. I also game, quite a lot. I'd say from 1-4 hrs a day.
Anyways.. I use work-out as a kind of punishment for gaming, and specially losing.
Before i can start a game/match these days I "have" do the following:
10 reps of some workout-activity(you'll wanna vary them)
10 situps, or 10 push-ups, or 10 manual-lifts in some fashion.
If I or my team loses, DOUBLE is required before next can start.
For most of you 10 is not much. But its really important to not overdo it. It should be easy, before you know it, next game is up.. and soon you'll be really really tired.
Lose 10-15 games in a row.. and you'll know what im talking about.
So, 2 good things come out of this. 1. You'll get better surely wont wanna lose
2. Its good for your physique.
I also use this for other "bad" things.
..speaking of.. i dont think i have the power for 1 more game tonight, lol.
